Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Reelpin mobile application and the www.reelpin.app website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Reelpin. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account, including keeping your password and any login provider (Google, Apple) secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you publish on Reelpin (playlists, links, images, theme). You grant Reelpin a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the service (e.g. rendering your public profile page to visitors).
You may not publish content that:
- infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harassing;
- promotes violence, hate, or illegal activity;
- contains malware or attempts to compromise the service.
We may remove content that violates these Terms and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do so.
4. Subscriptions (Reelpin Pro)
- Reelpin Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription, billed at ₹650/month (or the local equivalent set by the App Store / Google Play in your country) after a 7-day free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the end of the free trial (and on each renewal) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → Subscriptions on Android.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google respectively, according to their refund policies.
5. Acceptable use
Don't try to reverse engineer the service, bypass paid features, or access another user's account. Don't use the service to send spam or operate automated abuse.
6. Third-party content
Profile pages may link to third-party content (Instagram Reels, external URLs). We do not endorse and are not responsible for content hosted on third-party services.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
Reelpin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your content is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
